Comprehensive Analysis of SRRC Certification
1、 The Importance of SRRC Certification
1) SRRC is a mandatory certification requirement of the National Radio Regulatory Commission. Since June 1, 1999, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) of China has mandated that all radio component products sold and used within China must obtain Radio Type Approval Certification.
2) In order to ensure that the frequencies of different types of radio transmission equipment can be legally used in China, all radio transmission equipment sold in China must apply for Radio Model Approval Certification (SRRC), as well as apply for Product Certification System (CCC) and Network Access Permit (MII).
2、 Introduction to SRRC Certification
1) National Radio Regulatory Commission, abbreviated as SRRC; Official website www.srrc.org.cn;
2) All wireless transmission equipment exported or domestically produced to our country must undergo SRRC certification, indicating the wireless transmission equipment model approval code;
3) Each radio transmission equipment model is issued a unique "Radio Transmission Equipment Model Approval Certificate" and approval code. If there are changes in the performance or main technical parameters of the product, it must undergo SRRC certification again.
3、 SRRC certification scope
(1) Wireless communication, navigation, positioning, direction finding, radar, remote control, telemetry, broadcasting, television and other equipment that emit radio waves (excluding industrial, scientific research, medical equipment, electrified transportation systems, high-voltage power lines and other electrical devices that can radiate electromagnetic waves);
